High Rise Fire Injures Two At Co-op City Fire

CO-OP CITY, Bronx, New York–FDNY received multiple calls for fire on the 8th floor of a high rise building in the Bronx. When firefighters arrived at 100 Debs Place Building 10C the found and rescued two people who had been trapped in their apartment. The two people rescued were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries. The fire was placed under control shortly after. FDNY Fire Marshalls are conducting an investigation at this time.
